Does anyone use NetSuite for Change Management

Hi,

We have been using  NetSuite for 2 years now, and use the Support Centre for all our Customer and Internal Support calls.

We are looking to use the Support Centre for documenting and processing Change Management Requests, to be approved and reviewed by the internal technical team, and viewed by other employees (who will be given view access to support cases).

Does anyone else do this in NetSuite, and if so, any suggestions on things to look out for?
