Need help tracking customer referrals
I'm using NSSB.. and we have a referral program where out customers get a credit if they refer a new customer to us.
I have a custom field in our customer record where we can select which customer referred this customer, HOWEVER, what I haven't figured out is how to make that show up on the referring customer.
In other words, when I pull up a customer who referred someone, I'd like to know that they did that so I can give them the referral credit. Kind of like, when you look at an item, you can see which customers have bought that item. Is there a way to do this?
