Using Netsuite for software bug tracking?

Has anyone used Netsuite as a software bug tracking and feature request database?

I have been evaluating open source applications such as Bugzilla and Mantis.  We use Netsuite for all our sales/marketing business activities.  Unfortunately, I have no idea if Netsuite would be appropriate for the task or how big a commitment it would be to configure for such.  I have only used Netsuite for tech support call logging and support cases.
