Is it Possible to Track Links?

Does anyone know if it's possible to turn on tracked links anywhere for mailers?  In other words, I'd like to know how many people click each particular link within a mailer or newsletter that we send so that I can better pinpoint what is and isn't useful in a mailer.

We had this functionality in our old system (RightNow) but I can't seem to find anything within NS that will allow for this. 

Anyone have any ideas?
