Merge button for duplicate customers - help please.
Hi,
Sometimes the duplicate detection doesn't work and we need to merge customers manually. I see there is a Merge button when you edit a customer.
In the duplicate detection, there is a Master and Duplicate.. pretty self explanatory.. but with the merge button is says "Merge Into" so my question is..
Is the customer you are editing, when you click the Merge button.. the Master. Or is it the duplicate, and the "Merge Into" record the Master??
