Moving to Team Selling - How to migrate transactions?

Hi, I am after a bit of help with a problem I  am dealing with,  we are going from using the standard Sales Rep to Team Selling.  

I am trying to deal with all of the existing customers and transactions.  The customers are not a problem, but where I am struggling is with trying to add all the team members to the relevant transactions, and have them all assigned a contribution of 100% (an adjustment sales rep has been set up for each sales team)

At present I can get the transactions updated using the ‘Add Sales Team Member’, but that only adds a sales rep with 0% contribution,  any ideas ?
