Hiding AutoGenerated Numbers
So I set NetSuite to uto generate numbers for everything in the system - Employee ID, Vendor ID, Jobs, Marketing Campagns, etc. I did this so there are unique alpha numeric identifiers in case we ver decide to leave NS and then I have all the codes in my data.
The problem is, when I send an email from NS, my Employee ID is added to the "From" field, so in the inbox of the email client it looks like "E1234 Chad Sanderson" instead of just "Chad Sanderson".
Also, when I create online forms and want them to select the campaign that directed them to us, the drop down list includes the campaign numbers before the campaign name - i.e. "CMP0002 Referal Program".
