Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Promo codes and memorized transactions
We've hit another roadblock.
We are a charity that sponsors kids. So, we have lots of sponsors(customers) that sponsor kids and these folks are set up with memorized transactions of $35/month. No problem there.
Now, we have a promotion that asks sponsors to take on a second child. It's going well but we're having trouble using the promo codes. When someone sponsors a second child we change their memorized transaction to $70. If we add a promo code to the transaction, the amount for both the existing child and the new one is tracked. Without creating seperate memorized transactions (people prefer to have one transaction on their cc bill) can anyone think of a way to track the success of this campaign?
