Affiliate "Referring URL" to item page not home page?

We have set up some affiliates and they usually link to us using the "Referring URL" at LISTS > RELATIONSHIPS > AFFILIATES > Referring URL.  However one affiliate wants to links to all our items on our site not just one link to our home page.  How do I ammend the url of an item so it uses the affiliates "referring url" in it?  Hope this makes sense.
