Incorrect Unsubscribe Info in Case Form Auto-Replies
Hey all,
I was testing the automated replies for case creation through our online forms and ran into a strange bug. The unsubscribe information that NetSuite tacks onto the bottom of the email referred to a completely different company that the one that submitted the case. I did it again and it referred to another company, seemingly a random selection from out list of customers.
I just turned off the unsubscribe features at the bottom, but this seemed like generally disconcerting behavior. Has anyone seen anything similar?
