Our Case/Support E-mail Broken at Netsuite end
Hi,
We have the support@ourdomain setup to forward to some big address@netsuite.com (as per our Inbound email defined in our account).
Testing this, we get bounces that state:
"host backend002.svale.netledger.com[172.17.43.119] said: 599 Error processing message due to application error. "
This tells me our forwarding is OK, but the Netsuite mail servers cannot process any cases captured via email. Is this a bug, or is our account misconfigured?
Help!
Thanks,
Matthew
