Seperating Sales Reps and Customers?

This is my first time posting a problem on these forums.  From what I have read many users have found good advice here.  Hopefully, I will find the same. 

We have been attempting to separate some of our records based on the assigned sales rep.  Presently I have not been able to find a solution that will work within our organization.  I have read the NetSuite help section and Gold support has proved even less effective.  The specifics of our situation are as follows.

Sales Manager:  2
Sales Team Members:  6 (adding 1 or 2 over the next month solutions need to accommodate growth)
