Adding a sales person & commissions
I've grown my business enough to hire on a real sales person - one who has a base salary plus commissions on sales.
Before, I had to "sales" people that were salary only; to get them to be able to view all of the customers, I simply made them a sales team and mass updated all of the customers. Since there was no competition for sales, doing this was easy enough, I never had to calculate commissions.
Now, with a real sales person, I can't figure out how to do the mass update, while still letting the 2 "non-sales" people reference the accounts.
