Summary of cases assigned or esculated to

Hi,

I am trying to setup a case system so that we have two levels of support, however if someone assigns or esculates a case it does not appear in the snapshot cases to deal with, I am trying to find the best place for setting this up and wanted to know if anyone had any ideas?
