[CENTER]NetSuite workflow doesn't work for everyone![/CENTER]
How do I get the status to change regardless of the stage? Anytime an incoming message is captured, I want the status to change to Updated.
Since the only change it can make is based off of the stage changing (i.e. closed to open), all of the statuses that I consider to be open have to be closed. This makes the reporting completely INACCURATE!!!
If NetSuite would allow us to script off of the incoming message, we could set this up for ourselves.
Is anyone else having this problem!?! NetSuite, how do we fix this?!?
