Bugs within Advanced Job Tracking
We have run into some significant problems with implementing the advertised functionality of Advanced Job Tracking. We are a professional services company that does various consulting jobs for large companies. We would like to use Advanced Job Tracking such that consultants can bill their time to a job and have that billable time be invoiced directly to our customers.
After implementing this with various consultants, we have discovered that our revenue is not reported correctly in the Income Statement. The problem appears to stem from the Line of Business (i.e. Department) associated with the service item selected in the time entry form which does not flow through to the invoice as intended.
