Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Lead Workflow
Am I the only one who has a major problem with how NS deals with leads? A lead in NS is a life cycle of an account record. This is great if all you do is sell to new accounts. We, on the other hand, spend a significant amount of time selling additional products to our existing customers. Here is an example of something I am struggling to deal with.
We come back from a trade show and have say 500 "leads" to assign to reps. Lets say 300 are from companies we do not have in NS. These we can import as leads and everything works OK. Now the other 200 are "leads" for additional products or services at companies we already have in NS. How do you deal with these??? If I import them they will be duplicates.
