How is default sales rep defined
Can someone tell me how Netsuite determines the default sales rep to assign to a new lead, prospect or customer? We've been adding new leads, prospects and customers, and cannot seem to find any logic to the methodology Netsuite uses. Often, the default sales rep that Netsuite uses is incorrect. So, is there somewhere that defines that setting, or can we turn it off?
