Restricting Case creation based on Items purchased
Hi,
Has anyone come up with ideas on how to restrict the creation of cases (through the customer center) based on the item(s) that a customer has purchased?
We would like to be able to control what cases our customers created based on what they have bought from us. So instead of having the typical entitlement categories (like Bronze, Silver Gold), we want to provide entitlement functionality based on the items purchased.
Scenario
Customer buys Product 1, 2 and 3
When they go to the customer center to create a new case, the Product drop-down should only list the items they have bought. Not the entire product list.
