promo code bug not fixed in V2007!

Anyone else having problems with promo codes. everytime i open one to edit and save i get the dreaded "Item already exists error" If anyone has any work around i would really appreciate it! thanks in advance for any help.


Here is the scenario
We have 7000 skues.  About 1500 of them do not apply to our promotions. So we built promo codes with those exclusions back in January. Since we need about 10 of them and they all need to built one at a time since netsuite has failed to build a "save as" or "copy" feature for promo codes this took us about two weeks to build them.  We have been using them fairly successfully until the last version 11.6 came out. Since then we can not edit any of them.
