When logging a new phone call under an account, I am finding that I cannot attach a file from my desktop onto that phone call.  For example, I have sent an account an email with a lot of account information, and I have saved that email as a TEXT-EDIT file on my desktop and I wanted to attach that email to the logged call so that I would have all the information together.  Please let me know if there is any further info I can provide, can anyone help ?
