Double-spacing in Address fields

Suddenly NetSuite is double spacing both the display and printing of the Bill To and Ship To addresses on our Sales Orders, Pick Tickets and Invoices.  This started happening yesterday (Sunday), and I made no custom changes to NetSuite.  Is this happening to anyone else?  I tried contacting Customer Service and all I get is music on hold.
