Integration with Web based server, NetSuite and Outlook

We are new to NetSuite.  We have just upgraded from small business to the full suite.  We use Zimbra as our web based server for emails and calendaring.  We are a small startup and have several sales people on the road, a few consultants who work from home, and a handful of people who stay in the office.  Our Outlook version is not uniform . . .some have 2003 and some of us have the new 2007.  We outsource our IT "department".  We would like to use NetSuite for all our communication.  We are being told that Zimbra doesn't have
