Multiple Levels for Territories...
I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up multiple levels for support territories. I am currently setting up rules and territories to automate support cases to support reps. I've also created a saved search that allows someone to inactivate people when they are on vacation, busy in meetings, sick, etc. When these people are inactivated they immediately disappear from the territory so that the cases are distributed to other reps in the territory.
