Barracuda has blacklisted NS Campaigns

It has been brought to my attention that Barracuda has blacklisted NS Marketing e-mails.  Please see below:
"I just opened a case with Barracuda and they are saying that nsvirtualurl.com (where the image is stored) is on their bad intent/spam source list and included in all their definitions for all spam firewalls (tens of thousands)."

Is this already known, and, if so, can anything be done about it?
