Sales List Permission

Hi,

We have created a role from scratch but are struggling to view the transactions tab or any sales list against the customer form for a couple of roles.  We have made sure that the various sales lists are checked on the form as well as having Non-posting reg and financial history permission for the role.
What else should we do to get these tabs to show?
