Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Distributing Ad Hoc Sales Materials
I'm a new user seeking advice on the best method of sending sales materials to companies that contact us without previous solicitation (i.e., not tied to a marketing event). We are a wholesale apparel company dealing only B2B and have a need to distribute industry-standard materials to those that show interest in purchasing our products. These materials are:

Welcome Letter
Product Line Sheet
Company Brochure
New Customer Form
Order Form[/LIST]
I'd like to be able to track this both from a distribution perspective, but also an inventory perspective (materials must be professionally printed). I thought I would create Items for each of the above and have our sales reps create a "Sales Order" at $0.00 that would then be assembled and fulfilled by our mail clerk.
