Problem With Automatic Case Creation
I'm having a problem with Netsuite in regards to the case fields for customer support cases after cases have automatically been created from e-mail's and external sources. Much of the time, when e-mail's or external cases come in and are automatically created in Netsuite, it fails to recognize the company name and the customer name, even though they are already in the database. Instead the customer is referred to by the anonymous customer placeholder that was set up. What could be causing this and how can I get this to automatically enter in the customer information correctly from the database
