Quote Prices change when you change or enter a customer name
I am hoping someone has ideas on how to deal with this situation:
Sometimes when we are speaking to a customer on the phone, we will create a quote in the system with alternate/custom pricing for items without inputting the customer's name. However, when we go to enter the customer info once we have already started entering items and pricing on the quote, the pricing reverts back to Sell Price which is always higher than any alternate/custom pricing we put in.
Is there anyway to maintain the alternate/custom pricing we have already created in the quote?
