Email Capaign statistics not functioning in version 2007?

We just noticed that netsuite is not recording the number of people who are viewing (opened) our email campaigns since the upgrade. I just sent out a campaign to all of our company's employees, and I received the email and opened it, so I know that it is not because the emails are not being received.

I have a feeling that it is due to the new campaign domains feature. I set up the domain when we were upgraded, but I noticed that any urls contained in campaign emails are tacking on netsuite addresses onto my company's URL. For example:
