"Sales Order" - "Event" Link
We sell time, that is we sell the hours of service technicians.
Because there are so many "records" dealing with one sale (event, sales order, invioce, item fulfillment, Purchase Order), we like to try to tie everything to the Sales Order. Obviously, the item fulfillments and the invoice are tied to the sales order. And we have found a way to tie Purchase Orders to the Sale order.
What we most want is a method to tie "events" to Sales Orders. We have devised several methods, but have not been satisfied yet.
Is there a way to customize Netsuite to allow us to create an event from a Sales Order in exactly/nearly the same way that the Drop Ship PO feature works?
