100 mile radius search?

Hi,

Im currently working on making a group (using search) where we narrow down the customers to a 100 mile radius with email

ive got the email part covered but the 100 mile radius part serves a problem

Is there a way to do this or do i have to go look up all the zipcodes within a 100 mile radius?
