Automate Follow-up email linked to a item purchase

Does anyone know if it is possible to do automate a followup  email to specific customers that bought a specifice item from us.

Example

Customer: Mr Jones buys product X

Two weeks later netsuite automatically sends him an email asking him how he likes product X.

I know i can build the custom email form, I know i can do the search for the customer that purchased this item.

But how can i automate the timing and sending of the email to automatically send
