Offline Client Setup says search does not exist
A user with a custom Role wants to download the Offline client. I've checked that the role is a Sales role, I've enable Offline client on the Employee record.
When the user selects the 'Set Up Offline Client' link on the Home page he gets "That search or mass update does not exist."
I've tried myself as that Sales Role and don't get the error message that this user gets. Does anybody know if there are there permissions outside of the Role and the Employee record that need to be considered - maybe in regards to the Searches that populate on the Set up page?
