Opportunities based on yearly sales

We are selling mobile network services and have the need for a yearly pipeline and forecast for each customer.
So a 'Sale' consists of 12 monthly estimates. I am looking for some help how to model this in Nestuite. Do I create an opportunity for each month? Or one opportunity with 12 estimates? Or best to  create a custom record ?
