Filling new Contact record with Customer/Other Contact Data
We have a huge issue:
Our new contact records are being automatically filled with information from the Customer Record and other Contacts associated with that Customer.
For example, ABC Company has 2 contacts: Mary Jo and John Doe. When I add a third Contact (Joe Schmo) He will have the address of ABC Company (which is fine) but his email address <if one is not entered> automatically defaults to maryjo@abccompany.com
This is a problem when it comes to Marketing and email blasts, as Mary Jo will then get two-three-four-more? emails.
It appears to be completely random with the information that it pulls.
