Lead Tracking - Latest Notes

We use the Campaigns portion of NetSuite to track leads that come in from customers.  I have used saved searches to find all the prospects who responded to a particular campaign in a week.  Now, I would like to make sure that our reps are following up on these leads.  I would really like to add a column at the end of my spreadsheet that gives the last user note and it's date.  However, I have not been able to figure out how to do this.  Sounds simple enough, but it's got me stumped.  Anybody got any ideas?  I would
