New partner team selling - needs tidying up.

On the transaction forms with partner team selling enabled - you have sales team and partner team.  On the entity forms the sales team is where it should be put the partner team is buried in the sales tab ?.  very confusing.  Can we standardize this to have the partner team tab on the general tab.

Also - on transaction forms (like the entity forms) - can we have it show the primary partner - we also need to make this required on both the entity and transaction forms.. like we used to have it.
