Removing just one entity relationship when there are multiples
We have companies set up with multiple relationships. For example one entity record is set up as both a Vendor and Partner. Sometimes we need to remove one of teh relationships and revert back to just one (in this case, remove Partner relationship and revert to only Vendor relationship). However, if I go to the Partner record and try to delete it, I get the following error:
This record cannot be deleted because it has child records
If I inactivate the record on the partner screen and then switch to the vendor screen, it is inactivated too, so this won't work. How do I get rid of the "Partner" status while retaining the "Vendor" status?
