Can't See Quotas

Hi

After establishing quotas for our sales people - they don't display on reports or KPIs. They're always nil.

I follow the instructions as per help file. When I go back in to look at the list of Quotas they're all there... rep by rep... month by month... but they don't seem to apply.

I've tried this in many roles. Am I missing something?
