Campaign response summary report

ok when looking at this report and trying to see the detail of bounced mails:

Campaign response summary > #bounced

hover over and it says View Detail Report click on that (even thought it says 54 bounced) and it says no data available

so no data seems to be appearing but i am 99% sure that this was working before 2007.0? any pointers, anyone else experiencing this?
