Why is it so hard to spend money?

Just curious why I can't reach my salesperson?   I just want to purchase the multiple websites.   I called a few months ago, left messages, emailed my salesperson.   Later just happend to login to the customer center and found that a new saleman had left an estimate for multiple sites, but it had expired.  I called that salesperson, left messages twice and still can't get an updated estimate or anyone to talk with me about multiple websites. 

It's often normal to be on ignore with support tickets or troubleshooting errors, but I have always in the past had fast response when you are just trying to spend your money.
