Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Outlook Integration Field Mapping
I have a case where I save an email from Outlook to NetSuite, and it does not correctly label the email.
Case-
sales person sends email to supplier from an oppurtunity. Supplier responds to Manager. Manager saves email to opportunity in Netsuite
Result -
Email is saved but the 'Author' of the email is the client owning the opportunity. However this is not correct
Now I can see why it is probably doing it, but it is wrong. IT also makes it impossible to see in Netsuite what actually happened during this sales process.
I have tried associated the supplier contact with the opportunity, but the supplier contact needs to be associated with customer. Is it possible to have the Outlook integration refer link correctly?
