Contact Campaigns

We sell to other businesses and they may have 20 contacts, all of whom may visit our website and ask for different things, from webinars to whitepapers. But when they sign up on an online marketing form, we capture the campaign attached to the form only on the lead record, not the contact record. Is there a way to see what campaign the contact signed up for without having to do it manually?

We need to market to the contacts of the lead and knowing the campaign that the contact responded is required.
