Parent/child cases
Hi,
We would like to create a parent/child relationship between 2 (or more) cases. This is so that we can handle major incidents where a particular issue (or symptons of) may be reported to us multiple times. We want to join these case together so that we can close all cases or notify all case contacts when the parent (major incident) case is resolved.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this might be implemented?
