Entering new Lead information

I am a Netsuite newbie and I need some getting started help...
When I try to enter a new Lead my screen only has 2 tabs 'Info' and 'Financial', I do not see 'General', 'Address' or most of the tabs that are shown in the Netsuite University videos.  When I am looking at a Customer I see all the tabs.  Do I not have something enabled?
