Catalog Producer?

We are currently using a 3rd party to create an item list with volume pricing for our company. This is made as an Excel sheet. We are interested in finding a company or software that can create catalogs for different price levels that have volume based pricing.

We want to upgrade the look and usability of our catalog, and are "hitting a wall" with our current system. Any referrals would be helpful. Thanks.
