Promotion Code (Maximum Amount for a Percentage Discount?)

Good Morning Everyone,

We have started trials with the NS promotion codes.  What we would like to do is give a 10% discount that maximizes at certain amount, for example $100.  In the out of the box promotion code form there does not appear to be a way to accommodate the desired outcome.  Any suggestions?
