Send credit app w/ first quote created

HI there,

I'm not sure this is possible, but if it is, someone here will know! I need to automatically email a credit application to customers with or directly after they receive their first quote from a sales person. For whatever reason, the sales people can't remember to attach the form.

We only want the form to go out after the first quote created for the account, not to old customers.
Is there an easy way to automate the process? Has anyone done this successfully?
