Auto creation of groups
Hi,
Is it possible to automatically create a group containing contacts for each customer record in Netsuite? We wish to do this so we can send email to every contact within a customer's company. This is for notificiation purposes in the case of an outage or to advise of changes to opening hours etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
